8' x 8' booths include:

-One (1) 6' table (un-skirted/un-covered)

-Two (2) folding chairs

- 8' high pipe and drape (black) behind each booth.

$699 each - Add $150 per corner booth. Limit (2) 8' x 8' booths per exhibitor.

Exhibitors will receive two (2) vendor passes regardless of how many booths are purchased. Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased at the discounted rate of $50 each (limit 4).

Vendor passes are for booth assistants only. Do not purchase this pass for convention attendees. Covers one booth assistant for Friday, Saturday and Sunday admission. Limit four (4) passes per vendor in total.

August 25, 2023 – Vendor applications open

September 12, 2023 DEADLINE – Vendor applications close. All applications must be received by September 12th at midnight to be considered.

September 22, 2023 - All vendors will have been informed of selection or denial by or on this date.

September 22 – Sept 30, 2023 DEADLINE – Hotel reservations will open for vendors only. All reservations must be made by midnight central time on September 30th.

September 22 – Sept 30, 2023 DEADLINE – Payment due for vendor space. All payments must be received by midnight central time on September 30th.

About Texas Frightmare Weekend

Admission tickets are not a guarantee that you will meet any of the guests that are appearing at Texas Frightmare Weekend.

The possibility exists that tickets can sell out before or even during the event.

We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

Tickets include admission to the event only and do not include autographs, photos with guests or merchandise unless specifically stated on the ticket’s description page. Autographs are sold by the guest and not Texas Frightmare Weekend.

Tickets can not be held during checkout. This means that it is possible that tickets can sell out while you are completing checkout. This is out of the control of both Texas Frightmare Weekend LLC and Growtix.
