Electrical needs must be discussed 30 days before the festival with festival organizers to ensure access to power is available in your space.

Load-In Information:
Vendor Load-In begins Friday November 8th. (More details on load-in times and details will be available in your vendor packet closer to the time of the event. Last-minute load-in is available on November 9th at 7:30am and must be completed by 9:30am. **The layout is largely the same as last year.)

Non-Emergency vehicles must be removed from the festival grounds BEFORE 9:30am each day, and cannot return to the festival grounds until 30 minutes after the festival closes each day.
If you require restocking your vendor space during the festival, you must arrange means by which you can hand-carry or dolly to your space from outside the festival grounds. Downtown parking is limited, so you will want to ensure you secure parking with enough time to return to your booth before the gates open.

***All registration fees are final and nonrefundable. The vendor space is outdoors. However, most of it will be under event-style tents. Please ask any pertinent questions that will help you decide before completing your registration. The tents are the same as last year, and your booth will be facing outward, with the back of your booth space in the center of the tent - unless you are in the larger tents.
