Exhibit Space Details

Set up begins at 12pm on Friday Sept 18th and continues at 7am Saturday Sept 19th. Doors open to attendees at 9:30am for VIP and 10am for regular admission.


For DoubleTree Expo Hall Exhibitors:
Be sure to use either the loading dock behind the DoubleTree or the 3rd level of the parking garage (for a fee). On street parking is also available.

For DoubleTree Armory Exhibitors:
Use the Pleasant St. side of the hotel to unload and park your vehicle either on street or in the hotel garage (for a fee)

For SNHU Arena Exhibitors:
Be sure to use the loading dock just off Willow St. Please unload an immediately park your vehicle on street or at the DoubleTree by Hilton garage (for a fee).
