On July 12-13 2025, thousands of fans will make their way to the Largest Pop Culture Convention in the Long Island area!

We are pleased to present you with our new Exhibitor Online Form which contains all the information you will need to secure your Eternal Con Exhibit Space successfully. 

This is going to be our most exciting Eternal Con yet.  The response has been great so far and we are looking forward to your participation.

What do exhibitors receive?

• Two Exhibitor passes per paid booth. Each pass admits one person and includes parking. Additional admission passes can be purchased at the entrance.

• Listing in the Official Program, published by Eternal Con, and on Eternal Con's official website, including the Interactive Trade Show maps.

• Listing on the Eternal Con social media outlets.

• Each Booth is Approximately 10’x8’.

• (1) 6’ table is included with 2 chairs per booth.

Rooms can be booked under the “ETERNALCON” rate.

Set up Hours:

General Exhibitor (and Artist Alley) Set-up begins on Friday July 11th between the hours of 5:00pm and 11:00pm. Saturday set-up (Artist Alley only) hours are from 8:00am to 9:00am.

(Booths vacant after 10:00am on Saturday are considered abandoned and are subject to being filled by companies on a last-minute waiting list)

ETERNAL CON: THE LONG ISLAND COMIC CON!

Eternal Con: The Long Island Comic Con is an annual fan convention that brings together enthusiasts of comics, popular media, and related creative industries. Celebrating its thirteenth year, the convention aims to provide attendees with both entertainment and educational opportunities. Unlike many large-scale conventions, Eternal Con emphasizes a more intimate environment in which fans can interact directly with actors, comic book creators, and other figures associated with popular culture.

In addition to celebrity appearances and fan-oriented activities, the convention hosts a series of educational seminars and panels featuring professionals from various creative fields. These sessions provide attendees with insights into the practices and experiences of artists, writers, and industry professionals, thereby extending the event’s function beyond entertainment to include informal learning and professional engagement.
