Exhibitors at the Cleveland Gaming Classic are expected to fit into the overall theme of our show, for example: gaming, video games, toys, tabletop, developers, collectibles, comics, memorabilia, art, cards, etc.
All booths start as an empty space, you can bring your own tables, chairs, table linens, racks, etc. All physical items pertaining to the vendor MUST fit within their booth space. Specific booth placement is done by our committee to accommodate all vendors inside the exhibit hall and to maximize space. Booth space and location(s) will be updated. You will be informed of your booth number and location prior to the event. Booth electrical will be available for purchase and is not included in booths (with the exception of Indie Devs). Free public WIFI is available at the IX Center, but CGC does not have any responsibility for the reliability of these services. If you require dedicated WIFI you can purchase this through SmartCity Networks in advance of the event. Vendors are expected to operate their booth for the ENTIRE duration of the EVENT. Leaving before the close of the event is not permitted, unless special permission is given. Packing up early is not permitted and you may not be invited back as a result. Move-in must be complete before start of show.
If you intend to exclusively sell food, beverages, snacks or other consumables please DO NOT USE this form. You should contact the IX Center directly at [email protected]. CGC is not responsible for food and beverage and does NOT approve food and beverage vendors.

Vendors who are required to have a seller's permit must have a copy with them at the event. Vendors are also individually responsible for any State of Ohio sales and use tax obligations.
You may cancel your participation in Cleveland Gaming Classic at any time, subject to our cancellation (and less GrowTix processing fees, non-refundable) schedule as follows:
- More than 90 days from event: 100% refund
- 61 - 89 days from event: 50% refund.
- 60 days - 31 days from event: 25% refund.
- 30 days or less from event: no refunds.
