Awesome Con 2027 will take place April 23-25, 2027 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC.

* 30-minute early access to the Exhibit Hall and Artist Alley all three days for Club Awesome Reserve, Club Awesome, and Premium badge holders.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET
All attendees ages 3 and up must have a ticket to attend Awesome Con. Children ages 3-12 qualify for a Child ticket, which is valid for all three days of the event. We recommend that all children under 18 attend with an adult, and require all children 12 and under to be accompanied by an adult. Tickets include access to Science Fair, Book Fair, Pride Alley, Destination Cosplay, Anime Yokocho, and Awesome Con Jr., along with all celebrity guest panels not otherwise noted.
The QR code is not an entry ticket and is not valid for entry by itself. A physical ticket (in the form of a badge) is required for entry to the show.
TICKET MAILINGS
Tickets purchased prior to Friday, February 26, will have the option of being picked up at Awesome Con Registration or shipped with tracking for an additional $12 fee. Tickets purchased starting Saturday, February 27, must be picked up at Awesome Con Registration or from a select retail location starting on Friday, March 5 [subject to change]. TICKETS ARE NOT MAILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ORDER.
TICKET POLICY
All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are subject to a 6% service fee and 6% DC sales tax. All processing fees are added at Checkout. Upgrades are available only on an as-available basis. Separate tickets may need to be purchased for certain events.
Please be aware that all guests are subject to cancellation or schedule changes due to professional commitments. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and our social media channels during the event, should any arise. No refunds will be issued for guest cancellations or schedule changes.
AUTOGRAPHS, PHOTO OPS & PANELS
Awesome Con’s celebrity guests generally spend time signing autographs at their booth, attending scheduled photo op sessions, and holding panel sessions with fans.
Autographs and photo ops will be available for purchase online and (if available) in the Celebrity Autograph area in the Exhibit Hall. Most celebrity guest panel sessions are open to all attendees and generally take place on our Main Stage. Some may require a separate ticket in addition to an Awesome Con ticket valid for the day of the panel. More information will be provided if a separate ticket is required.
Autograph and photo op sales, and the programming schedule will be released approximately 3-4 weeks before Awesome Con 2027.
A ticket does not guarantee access to an autograph, photo op, panel session, or guest. No admission ticket refunds will be issued if autographs or panels are at capacity or if a guest changes their schedule or cancels.
MERCH
If you opted to have your 2027 Official Shirt or Lanyard shipped, it will be mailed out in March. All other merch must be picked up on-site from the official Awesome Con Merch Store during the event. Unclaimed merchandise will not be shipped or refunded.
REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final, and Awesome Con offers no refunds or cancellations. All merch sales are final. Awesome Con does not refund or ship unclaimed merchandise.

Awesome Con - Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are part of this Exhibit Space Agreement order form to which they are attached. Such order form, together with these Terms and Conditions and the Exhibitor Manual (collectively the “Agreement”), with or without a payment, shall constitute a contract between Exhibitor and Organizer for Exhibit Space and Services at the Event. Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions and not defined have the meanings defined on the order form.
AWESOME CON SPECIFIC TERMS: Artist Alley is a 5x8 space that includes one table and two chairs. Exhibit space is made up of 100 sq ft. (10’x10’) booths, which can be added together to create a larger exhibit space. Show Management agrees to provide with first booth space: one 8’ skirted table, two chairs, company sign, and wastebasket (Show Management will provide one additional table and two chairs per additional booth). Electricity, Internet, and other services/utilities are not included with exhibit space and must be ordered from the official contractor of the venue. Exhibitor badges will be allotted based on the number of booths. Badges are for exhibitors and their employees and may not be sold, traded, or given away for any other purpose. Exhibitor badges do not guarantee entrance to all Event activities. Exhibitors may have the opportunity to purchase tickets to separately ticketed functions. Subletting, licensing, or sharing of space by Exhibitor, or use of space assigned to Exhibitor by anyone other than Exhibitor, is expressly prohibited. Exhibitor agrees not to sell bootleg or counterfeit merchandise of any kind. Exhibitors possessing or selling bootleg/counterfeit materials do so at their own risk and may be asked to leave or to cease sale of said materials. Any product mature, adult, or otherwise 18+ in nature must be approved by show management and displayed separately or covered when in public view. Exhibitor agrees not to sell weapons of any kind, including but not limited to metal swords, knives, or any other bladed weapons. Violation of the terms of this paragraph will result in immediate dismissal from the current show and exclusion from participation in future shows. No refund of exhibit fees will be made.
