All attendees, aged 10 and up, must purchase a badge to attend MagicCon. All children age 9 and under may attend MagicCon for free with a paid adult guardian but are not eligible for the merchandise or benefits associated with their parent and/or guardian's badge package. If you are attending with a child under 10, please visit the Registration/Will Call area when you arrive, and we will issue you a complimentary child credential.
Please note, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.
Badge Mailing/Merch Shipping Deadline has now passed: If you purchased your badge and/or merchandise prior to August 26, 2024, they will be shipped to you in advance. We are unable to ship to an international address and shipping costs will be refunded. International orders and purchases made after August 26 will be available for onsite pick-up only. All merchandise included in your badge package must be picked up onsite, only pre-order merchandise will be shipped in advance.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Once purchased, MagicCon badges are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. Please read and ensure you can comply with the event Health and Safety policy prior to making your purchase. We are unable to refund badges due to policy non-compliance.
