All attendees, aged 6 and up, must purchase a badge to attend MagicCon. Children aged 5 and under may attend for free with a parent/guardian that has a paid adult badge. Children aged 5 and under are not eligible for the merchandise or benefits associated with their parent and/or guardian's badge package. Please note, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:¯Once purchased, MagicCon badges are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. Please read and ensure you can comply with the event¯Health and Safety policy¯prior to making your purchase. We are unable to refund badges due to policy non-compliance.
Badge Pick-Up: All purchased items including badges, merchandise included in your badge package, and add-on merchandise must be picked up onsite. Please bring your purchase confirmation email and your photo ID to Will Call/Registration located at the RAI Amsterdam. Will Call/Registration hours can be found here.
