Homes are open 11 am to 5 pm daily. You may purchase tickets on-line through this website.

This year’s event features an exciting variety of homes located throughout the capital region. The Capital Region Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour offering an opportunity for established, prospective residents and visitors to see what is new and innovative in the home building industry. Exhibitors will be located in the garages of the homes displaying the latest home products and related services.

Children 10 yrs and under are free.

Tickets purchased on-line and need to be shown at every home. No on-line tickets will be exchanged for actual printed color tickets. You need to print the QR code when you purchase a ticket or show the QR code from your phone.
