A Photo Op Ticket is NOT a show admission ticket. Admission tickets are still required to gain entry to the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market. You can purchase yours online by visiting www.trentonprfm.com.


Advance Photo Op tickets will remain online until Friday December 13, 2024. After that date, you will only be able to purchase photo ops at the TPRFM Merchandise Booth located in the Main Concourse just inside Gate A (this is where you entered the Arena from). Cash or credit card will be accepted.


Please note, the photo op schedule will not be released until approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Be sure to revisit www.trentonprfm.com/celebrity-guests often to check for the full Photo Op schedule.


WHAT IS A PHOTO OP?

A photo op is just that… an opportunity to have a picture taken with a special guest. This is not a meet and greet and we do not allow cell phone pics or video to be taken inside the photo op area. The line for photo ops movies swiftly because it is only a photo. Nothing more. Breaking these rules may cause your ejection from the event and forfeiture of your photo op and ticketing fees. After your photo is taken, our Photo Op Company will print an 8x10 image for you to take with you.


We are offering a special Photo Op package that includes signatures from any four members of GWAR. Please note that if you purchase a standard photo op package, all autographs are an additional fee. Autographs can be obtained at the special guests table on the Arena floor. They will not be signed in the Photo Op area under any circumstances.


ADVANCE PHOTO OP PURCHASES
Your purchase will be completed using our online processor, Leap Technologies, and you will receive an email from Leap Tech with your purchase confirmation. Please print that email and bring it with you. It includes a QR code that will be scanned. You may also present the email on your phone. We strongly suggest taking a screen capture of the email and save it to your photos in the event your phone connection isn’t working properly. When purchasing your advance ticket, please double check the email address you entered. That needs to be correct to insure you receive your QR code and payment confirmation.


HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I HAVE IN MY PHOTO OP?
You may have a total of four fans in the photo. If you would like to have more than four fans, an additional ticket purchase will be required. Yes, children count as fan regardless of age. No exceptions.


WHERE WILL PHOTO OPS BE TAKEN?

All professional photo ops will be taken on the club level of the Cure Insurance Arena in the East Club. This is accessible by both elevator and escalator just inside and to the left of Gate A when you enter the Arena. Staffing and directional signage will be in place to direct you to the proper place. If you have questions on where to go, please go to the TPRFM Merchandise booth located right inside Gate A, when you enter.


PHOTO OP LINES

Please be respectful of staff as they work with you to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible and please be respectful of your neighbors in line. Above all, please be respectful of our photographers and special guests. Listen carefully and follow the photographer's instructions for a smooth experience for all. Any confirmed line jumping will result in your being moved to the end of the line for that photo op.


The bar in the East Club will be open for purchasing soft drinks or alcoholic drinks. Please note that drinks or food are not allowed with you in your photo op and drinks or food should not be placed anywhere near electronic equipment at any time.


PHOTO OP AREA

When entering the Photo OP area, please approach the main greeting area and present your print out or cell phone with the QR code/email. At that time please remove any items such as any bags, accessories or clothing you would prefer not to have in the photo. An area will be set aside for you to safely store these items while having your photo taken. Items must be removed immediately following your photo being taken.


ACTUAL PHOTO OPS

Please note that our photographers will do their best to ensure no one in your photo is blinking but this is not a full proof system. If you notice when your photo is printed that someone has blinked, please let our photographer know and as long as the special guests are still available, we will be happy to take another picture. Please note that once you leave the photo op area with your photo, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors in the image. Please review your image when it is printed and before you exit the area. 


Be respectful of our special guests. Do not hug or kiss them. Do not seek autographs, selfies or videos in the Photo Op area. Initiating any of the above will be cause for an immediate rejection from the photo op area and a forfeiture of your photo op fees. There are zero exceptions to this rule.

Wearing glasses often causes glare, making it hard for the photographer to tell if you blinked. If possible, please remove your glasses. If not, try tilting them downward to minimize reflections from the lights. Note that photos will not be retaken due to glasses glare. 

If you encounter an issue such as a colored blotch, blurry image, guest blinking, or another significant problem, please notify us right away. Retakes may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, we will not retake photos for reasons such as personal dissatisfaction with your expression, pose, or glare from glasses.


WHERE DO I GO AFTER MY PHOTO OP IS COMPLETE?

Please go directly to the photographers table where the printer is located to retrieve your 8x10 print. This will likely take a few minutes to print so please be patient. You’re Photo Op comes with a single 8x10 print. At this point, you will be able to purchase additional prints as well as digital downloads.


If you have purchased an Autograph Combo Package, please take your 8x10 print and head to the special guests booth at their signing area on the Arena floor and present your QR code or print out so you may receive your autographs. Please note that your combo package includes signatures from any four members of your choice. All additional signatures will require them to be purchased directly from the artist. Scheduled appearance times in the signing area will be clearly posted in the Photo Op area for reference.


I PURCHASED A PHOTO OP FROM ANOTHER FAN. IS THAT OK?

Photo Op tickets may not be transferred under any circumstances. An ID is required when checking into the Photo Op area. Please note that if you purchase a photo op from another guest, we will not honor this Photo Op and neither refunds or transfers will be offered. We do this to limit fake tickets and scalping. Your ID will be required when checking in for your photo op.


REFUND INFORMATION AND POLICIES

  1. General Refunds All photo ops are 100% non-refundable. Refunds, if issued, will only be returned to the original form of payment. 

  2. Single Guest Photo Op Cancellations  If a celebrity guest cancels, the corresponding photo op tickets will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. An email is not required to receive a refund.

  3. Group Guest Photo Op Cancellations In the event that any of the seven members of GWAR cancel their appearance, photo ops will proceed with the present members of the band. Refunds will not be provided with the cancelation of up to three of the seven guests. If more than three members cancel, you will receive a partial refund for the canceled guest’s portion of the photo op. If the entire group photo is canceled due to a cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. An email is not required to receive a refund.

  4. Event Cancellation In the unlikely event the event is canceled, all photo op purchases will be refunded in full to the original payment method.  

  5. Photo Op Cancellations If a specific photo op is canceled before or during the event, it will be fully refunded to the original payment method. For cash payments made at the event, visit the sales desk for refund details.  

  6. Weather or Single-Day Cancellations If a single day of the event is canceled due to weather or natural disasters, unused photo op tickets for that day will be refunded. In some cases, ticket holders for the canceled day may be allowed to attend another day of the event, but this will be handled on case-by-case basis. Please note, If the event remains open, any missed photo ops will not be eligible for a refund.  

  7. Missed Photo Ops  Missed photo ops are not eligible for refunds. Please note that some photo ops may only last a few minutes, so arriving even two minutes late could result in missing your session.  


The TPRFM and our Photographers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. While we aim to resolve any issues you may encounter, abusive language or behavior toward staff, other attendees, or ambassadors will not be tolerated. Such conduct may result in removal from the photo op area, or the entire event without refund or compensation. Please note that if you are ejected from the event for any reason, all fees paid in advance are 100% forfeited.
