Starfury: Ascension 2

Please be aware that tickets are collected at the event. You will not receive a physical ticket in the post. You must collect your tickets from the Pre-Order Pick Up desk at the event prior to entering the session.

- PHOTOS ARE ONLY ON SALE ONLINE AND WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE EVENT
In order to enter the session you must hold a valid entry ticket for the event. Entry tickets can be purchased here.
Photo Sessions:
- Each Photo Session ticket is for one attendee and one copy of the photograph
- If you would like multiple attendees in the photo, you must each buy a ticket. You will get one print for each attendee in the photo
- Photos will be taken by a professional photographer and printed at 10"x8" size
- Photos will be available for collection a few hours after the photo session has finished, and will be available until 4pm each day
- Please ensure you collect your photos by 4pm on the same day as they will not be mailed out
- Please make a note of the Photo Session time when you register as a refund will not be given if you miss it
Autographs:
- Each ticket is for one autograph
- Once you have collected this ticket when you arrive at the event, take it to the Autograph Sales desk to exchange for either a 10x8 or Badger (which is a voucher for you to get your own item signed).

- Due to the use of flash, animals are not permitted in the Photo Sessions
- In the event of guest cancellation, refunds will only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase
- Admission is at ticket holder's risk. The promoter and the venue shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises
- All conditions shown on the programme, ticket, updates and website are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on the ticket, updates, displayed on the premises or website
- Programmes and tickets are non-transferable. No refunds, this includes if you miss the session
- In the event of cancellation only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase
- The Management reserves the right to refuse admission
- All programme and ticket holder's consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience
- No unauthorised filming or sound recording - any breach will lead to temporary confiscation of equipment
- No trading without the consent of the promoter
- The Management reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever in the event owing to unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
- Guest appearances are subject to change
- By purchasing anything on our website you give your explicit permission to have any photos or videos taken at the event to be saved by Starfury and published on our website or social media accounts
