New York Comic Con is the East Coast's largest pop culture convention and the only one that takes place in the comic book, publishing, media, and licensing capital of the world — New York City. 

There are a number of comic book shows around the country and even around New York City. New York Comic Con is ONLY affiliated with C2E2, Emerald City Comic Con, and Florida Supercon. We do not run, do not staff, and are not part of any other comic conventions in the US. New York Comic Con is a ReedPop show.

So, you want to attend NYCC 2018? Here's what you need to know!

NYCC will be requiring Fan Verification again this year in order to buy a NYCC 2018 badge or have one purchased for you. For any fans who have accounts from 2016 and/or 2017, you'll receive an email in your inbox from ShowClix by May 10 to update your Fan Verification account for 2018. Updating your Fan Verification account before May 30 is required, or we will deactivate your account. If you don't have a Fan Verification account yet, the application will open on June 13.

If you have any questions about this process, please read our Fan Verification FAQs carefully. (Seriously. Read them. If you ask us questions on social and haven’t read them, you'll have to face the wrath of the seductive Lord of Thunder. Wait… that's not a punishment. You know what? Nevermind. Just read them.)

  • NYCC badges cannot be purchased over the phone.
  • You cannot purchase more than four (4) badges per type or sixteen (16) badges total per order. If we determine that you are ordering under different names and multiple addresses, all of your orders will be cancelled immediately. Any and all scalpers that are identified will have their order(s) canceled and badge(s) voided.
  • Sunday Kids badges are only valid on Sunday, October 7 for kids ages 6-12.
  • Prices above do not include state taxes, local taxes, or shipping cost. Taxes and shipping cost will be added to your badge purchase during checkout.
  • Do not lose your badge. You will be charged full price if a replacement badge is needed. Badges will only be replaced if they are activated and activation of all NYCC 2018 tickets is required. Info will be included on your badge.
  • Companions for those that require medical assistance need to buy a badge. If your companion will be provided by a company, please email us at [email protected] so that we can help you make arrangements.
  • NYCC merch purchased when buying your badges will ship separately. If you have a question about your merch order, please email [email protected].
