If you already have a badge for MagicCon Chicago, locate your original badge purchase confirmation email and click the gray “Click Here to View Your Order Online and Manage Schedule" button or login to your Growtix Account Dashboard. If you are unable to find your email or access your account dashboard, return to the login page and select "Click here to reset your password".
If you do not have a badge for MagicCon Chicago, begin your badge purchase by selecting an option below. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to register for ticketed play events.
For more information on how to purchase ticketed play events, visit How to Buy (mtgfestivals.com). Ticketed play sales will close one hour prior to their start time.
All attendees, aged 6 and up, must purchase a badge to attend MagicCon. Children aged 5 and under may attend for free with a parent/guardian that has a paid adult badge. Children aged 5 and under are not eligible for the merchandise or benefits associated with their parent and/or guardian's badge package. Please note, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.
Badge Mailing/Merch Shipping Deadline: If you purchase your badge and/or merchandise prior to January 14, 2024, they will be shipped to you in advance. We are unable to ship to an international address and shipping costs will be refunded. International orders and purchases made after January 14 will be available for onsite pick-up only. All merchandise included in your badge package must be picked up onsite, only pre-order merchandise will be shipped in advance.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Once purchased, MagicCon badges are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. Please read and ensure you can comply with the event Health and Safety policy prior to making your purchase. We are unable to refund badges due to policy non-compliance.
