At METROCON, we strive to bring you the best convention experience possible. We pack three days full of anime, gaming, cosplay, comic books, fantasy, sci-fi, and more at the Tampa Convention Center every summer, with a focus on our roots - anime and video games.

All ticket types can be picked up at METROCON registration, located on the second floor mezzanine of the Tampa Convention Center during the event. WE DO NOT MAIL TICKETS.

By purchasing and/or utilizing any of the ticket types available for sale, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures of METROCON and it's parent company, Team Dynamite Productions LLC, including those regulations and procedures listed here. This also includes COVID-19 policies in effect at the time of the convention.
You also agree to a likeness release for the official and press-related photo, video, audio, and other media at the event, for utilization in archival processes as well as social media, advertising, commercial usage, etc. This can be incidental (in the background of a photo/video) or intentional (posing for a photographer) but does not cover unwanted or unannounced photography, solicitation, harassment, or other invasions of privacy.
All ticket purchases are 100% non-refundable, and are only transferable at the discretion of Team Dynamite Productions LLC. In the event that the convention does not occur due to means outside of the control of the producing company (i.e. acts of God, terrorism, natural disaster, property damage/closure, etc.) all attempts will be made to refund ticket purchases, but refunds are not guaranteed. Ticket purchases will be honored if the event is canceled for these reasons or similar and successfully reschedules.
By purchasing and/or using any of the available ticket types for METROCON, you agree to hold harmless METROCON and Team Dynamite Productions LLC in all regards, as well as to take responsibility for any damages caused by your actions, intentional or otherwise, before, during, and after the event. Team Dynamite Productions LLC will prosecute criminal activity to the fullest extent allowed by law including but not limited to vandalism, shoplifting, counterfeiting/scalping, etc.
