KPEX is a comic con for the Hallyu Generation, a celebration of K‑Pop, K‑Comics, K‑Dramas, K‑Gaming, K‑Food, K‑Beauty, and more in the heart of New York City! Join us for an exciting weekend filled with concerts, premieres, autographs, exclusives, and unique experiences that all connect fans with what’s next in Korean culture and entertainment. KPEX’s mission is to share Korean pop culture and support the artists and organizations behind it: We’re a community for fans, a market for exhibitors, and a platform for publishers - all focused on expanding K‑Culture in America’s biggest city!
KPEX will take place May 29-31, 2027 at the Javits Center in New York City.
PLEASE NOTE: KPEX has separate convention tickets and concert tickets. Convention tickets are available now. Concert tickets will launch closer to the event after musical artists are announced. A convention ticket does not provide concert access. Both convention and concert tickets are required to attend concerts.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?
Your KPEX convention ticket provides access to KPEX’s panels, screenings, workshops, food hall, exhibit hall, and Artist Alley. KPEX’s concerts require a separate concert ticket, with concert information coming after the announcement of our musical guests. KPEX will also welcome a number of celebrity guests for autograph sessions and photo ops. Autographs and photo ops must be purchased separately.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
All attendees 6-years-old and up need a ticket to take part in KPEX. Children 5-years-old and under are welcome to attend without a ticket.
TICKET MAILINGS
Convention tickets purchased up to April 15, 2027 will have the option of being mailed to US addresses by USPS Ground Advantage Mail with Tracking for an additional $10. If USPS shipping is not selected, convention tickets will be held for pick up at KPEX. All convention tickets purchased starting April 16 must be picked up at KPEX. Tickets will not ship internationally, which includes Canada and Mexico, or to territories outside the domestic United States. Concert, Exhibitor, Artist, Creator, and Professional tickets will not be mailed and must be picked up at KPEX. ID will be required for pickup. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for mailing and must be picked up at the show.
TICKETS ARE NOT MAILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE. THEY BEGIN SHIPPING AFTER THE MAILING DEADLINE.
TICKET POLICY
All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are subject to New York’s 8.875% sales tax. Taxes are added at check out. Upgrades are available on an as-available basis. All guests are subject to cancellation or schedule changes due to professional commitments. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and our social media channels during the event, should any arise. No refunds will be issued for guest cancellations or schedule changes.
CONCERTS, AUTOGRAPHS, PHOTO OPS & PANELS
Concert tickets must be purchased separately and will be available for purchase online after musical guests are announced. Autographs and photo ops must be purchased separately and will be available for purchase online and/or in the autograph area in the exhibit hall. Most celebrity guest panel sessions are open to all attendees. Some may require a separate ticket in addition to a KPEX convention ticket valid for the day of the panel. More information will be provided if a separate ticket is required.
All concerts, autograph/photo op sessions, and panels require a valid KPEX convention ticket to attend. A convention ticket does not guarantee access to an autograph, photo op, panel session, or guest. No convention ticket refunds will be issued if autographs, photo ops, or panels are at capacity or if a guest changes their schedule/cancels. Concert, autograph, or photo op tickets for a specific guest will automatically be refunded in the event of that guest’s cancellation.
MERCH
Official KPEX merchandise pre-ordered with your ticket will not ship in advance of the event. Pre-ordered merchandise will be held for pick up in the official KPEX Merchandise Store during the event. If you do not pick up your merchandise during KPEX, it can be shipped to you at an additional cost.
REFUNDS
All convention ticket sales are final, and KPEX offers no refunds or cancellations. All merch sales are final. Concert, autograph, or photo op tickets for a specific guest will automatically be refunded in the event of that guest’s cancellation. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of lost, misdelivered, or missing mail.

KPEX may involve participation in movement-based activities and events, including but not limited to dance contests, martial arts workshops, and more. By purchasing a ticket, you understand and agree that there is a chance of injury. By purchasing a ticket, you, as the person completing the order or purchase, assume full responsibility for all participants who may participate in movement-based activities and events.
KPEX attendees and participants grant their permission to be photographed or recorded by KPEX team members, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and exhibitors. By entering, you inherently grant KPEX, LeftField Media, its partners, and exhibitors permission to use such images or footage for archival or promotional purposes without compensation or acknowledgment.
Your convention ticket confirmation email QR code cannot be used for expo hall, panel hall, and other event entry. A physical badge, either mailed to you or received after scanning your QR code onsite, is required. Lost tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
HARASSMENT
KPEX is committed to fostering an atmosphere where attendees can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience. Any conduct designed to harass, provoke, or intimidate isn’t allowed and can lead to removal from KPEX. If you feel harassed or see harassment, please report it to a member of our security team. Harassment of any kind is unwelcome at KPEX.
SCALPERS
Don’t try to scalp tickets. Any and all scalpers we identify will have their orders canceled and tickets voided without refund.

The health of our fans, exhibitors, guests, and staff is the top priority for KPEX, and in organizing the event, we are following building, city, state, and CDC guidelines to promote a safe experience for all participants. Even so, please understand there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses by visiting any public place with other people.
