Phoenix Fan Fusion is a multi-genre pop culture convention held annually... with the silly, quirky name. Founded as Phoenix Cactus Comicon in June 2002, the event focuses on Comic Books, Sci Fi, Fantasy, Anime, Horror, and Gaming. Enjoy more than 1,000 hours of events, Q&As, Photo Ops, Costume Contests, Fan Panels, Workshops, Gaming tournaments, and the largest Exhibit Hall of vendors and artists in Arizona. Phoenix Fan Fusion is held at the Phoenix Convention Center with downtown partnering hotels.  All of our crew are fully paid employees, and our chosen charity to support is Kids Need to Read, a 501(c)3 that focuses on children's literacy. • Charges will be reflected on your credit statement from "Square Egg Entertainment, Inc." 
• Please review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which can also be found at the bottom of our website pages.
• Memberships are non-refundable. Purchaser assumes all risk of delay, schedule conflict, or cancellation of guest appearances.
• Lost or Stolen membership(s) will not be replaced. A new membership must be purchased to attend Phoenix Fan Fusion at the current membership price.
• Event programming, guest appearances, and operating hours may be subject to change. 
  
• Memberships are only valid for the event/day for which it is issued.   
  
• Each membership must be used by the same person each day of the event.
  
• Memberships are not redeemable for cash. 
  
• Reproduction of this membership is not permitted.
  
• Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale is prohibited by law and grounds for seizure without compensation.  
• Management reserves the right without refund to revoke/refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the show/venue and all applicable laws or is behaving or threatening to behave in such a manner as to reasonably be considered disruptive to the event, attendees, employees, or guests. 
  
• Membership holder assumes all risk and danger of personal injury, damage to property, death, medical emergency, and all other hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the event for which the credential is issued, caused by negligence, gross negligence, or otherwise, and the holder releases Phoenix Fan Fusion, all associated properties and venues, and their respective employees, crew, and agents from any and all liabilities/claims resulting from such risk, danger, damage, injury, or death. 
  
• Membership holder consents to use of his/her image or likeness by media now known or hereafter devised for advertising and/or promotional purposes for any and all Square Egg Entertainment and Square Egg Productions events.
• Membership holder consents to receive periodic event updates via email. Membership holder can unsubscribe at any time but will no longer receive event updates.
• Membership holder agrees to not take pictures or video where posted as prohibited without the express written consent of the Fan Fusion public relations representative. 
  
• It is the policy of Phoenix Fan Fusion, when deemed necessary, for authorized persons to search and inspect attendee’s bags.
  
• All props and costume accessories will be inspected and tagged before entry to event.
  
• Service fees can include handling, facility fees, credit card processing fees, and other fees deemed appropriate.
