CODE OF CONDUCT
By registering for BroadwayCon, you agree to all BroadwayCon Terms and Conditions, which may change at any time prior to April 17, 2021. Attendees will be held responsible for knowledge of BroadwayCon policies at all times
You agree to comply with Mischief Management’s Code of Conduct: https://www.broadwaycon.com/code-of-conduct/ and all other applicable rule and policies found at www.broadwaycon.com
There are no age restrictions for attendees. However, some of our programming may not be suitable for younger children. Our recommended minimum age is 11. Screen captures stills from the virtual experiences are permitted, though subject to restrictions. Video captures are not permitted. No attendee may sell or profit from photos or video footage and/or captures taken at the virtual event in any manner (including from advertisements on online videos) without prior written consent from BroadwayCon. Any person asked to cease posting video captures may have their virtual event access revoked.
BroadwayCon reserves the right to withhold or disable any ticket without refund at any time at its discretion. Attendees of BroadwayCon who are found to be attempting to access events for which they do not have tickets; who are rude or disruptive during the programming; who break any city, state or federal law; who attempt to deceive any organizer; who violate the Mischief Management Code of Conduct, or are found by BroadwayCon staff deserving for any other reason, will have their tickets revoked without refund.
By attending BroadwayCon you agree to indemnify and release from all liability the BroadwayCon staff, BroadwayCon venue, BroadwayCon virtual event platform, and all other parties related to the conference arising from any and all claims, grievances and complaints.
Attendees of BroadwayCon agree that they are solely responsible for any loss or theft of or damage to their personal property. BroadwayCon does not accept responsibility or assume risk for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Attendees also agree that their likeness, if captured by onsite photographers or videographers, may be used by BroadwayCon or any of its associated entities for any legitimate purpose including promotional and commercial.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND PERMITTED BY MANAGEMENT OF THE EVENT. ARTISTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. EVENT DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. TICKET WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED OR DESTROYED UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY AGREED BY MANAGEMENT. TICKET IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
BroadwayCon does not warrant that the virtual event platform will be uninterrupted or error free.
BroadwayCon and Mischief Management will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to: Intercom outages, communications outages, fire, pandemic, flood, war, government decree or other act of God.
