Awesome Con 2027 will take place April 23-25, 2027 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC.
HOURS
Friday, April 23
1 PM to 8 PM - Exhibit Hall and Artist Alley*
1 PM to 10 PM - Panels and Screenings
Saturday, April 24
10 AM to 7 PM - Exhibit Hall and Artist Alley*
10 AM to 10 PM - Panels and Screenings
Sunday, April 25
10 AM to 5 PM - Exhibit Hall and Artist Alley*
10 AM to 5 PM - Panels and Screenings
* 30-minute early access to the Exhibit Hall and Artist Alley all three days for Club Awesome Reserve, Club Awesome, and Premium ticket holders.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET
All attendees ages 3 and up must have a ticket to attend Awesome Con. Children ages 3-12 qualify for a Child ticket, which is valid for all three days of the event. We recommend that all children under 18 attend with an adult, and require all children 12 and under to be accompanied by an adult.
The QR code is not an entry ticket and cannot be used for entry by itself. A physical ticket (in the form of a badge) is required for entry to the show.
TICKET MAILINGS
Tickets purchased prior to February 26, will have the option of being shipped with tracking for an additional $12 fee. Tickets purchased starting February 27, must be picked up at Awesome Con Registration or from select retail locations. Retailer pickup will start on Friday, March 12 [subject to change]. TICKETS ARE NOT MAILED IMMEDIATELY. THEY BEGIN SHIPPING AFTER THE MAILING DEADLINE.
Tickets do not ship internationally, which includes Canada and Mexico, or to territories outside the domestic United States
Exhibitor, Artist, Creator and Professional tickets are not mailed and must be picked at the show. ID will be required for pickup. More information, including pickup information will be sent closer to the show.
Complimentary tickets are not eligible for mailing or Retailer pickup and must be picked up at the show as well.
TICKET POLICY
All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are subject to a 6% service fee and DC sales tax. All processing fees are added at checkout. Upgrades are available on an as-available basis. Separate tickets may need to be purchased for special events.
All guests are subject to cancellation or schedule changes due to professional commitments. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and our social media channels during the event, should any arise. No refunds will be issued for guest cancellations or schedule changes.
AUTOGRAPHS, PHOTO OPS & PANELS
Autographs and photo ops must be purchased separately and will be available for purchase online and (if available) in the Celebrity Autograph area in the Exhibit Hall. Most celebrity guest panel sessions are open to all attendees. Some may require a separate ticket in addition to an Awesome Con ticket valid for the day of the panel. More information will be provided if a separate ticket is required.
All autograph/photo op sessions, and panels require a valid Awesome Con ticket to attend. A ticket does not guarantee access to an autograph, photo op, panel session, or guest. No admission ticket refunds will be issued if autographs, photo ops, or panels are at capacity or if a guest changes their schedule/cancels.
Autograph and photo op sales, and the programming schedule will be released approximately 3-4 weeks before the show.
MERCH
If you opted to have your 2027 Official Shirt or Lanyard shipped, it will be mailed after the badge mailing deadline. All other merch must be picked up on-site from the official Awesome Con Merch Store during the event. Unclaimed merchandise will not be shipped or refunded.
REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final, and Awesome Con offers no refunds or cancellations. All merch sales are final. Awesome Con does not refund or ship unclaimed merchandise.

To pick up your ticket at the event or from a retail partner, simply present the QR code from your Leap confirmation email, either printed or on your phone.

By purchasing a ticket, you, as the person completing the order or purchase, assume full responsibility for all participants who may participate in movement-based activities and events. Awesome Con attendees and participants grant their permission to be photographed or recorded by Awesome Con team members, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and exhibitors. By entering, you inherently grant LeftField Media, Awesome Con, its partners, and exhibitors permission to use such images or footage for archival or promotional purposes without compensation or acknowledgment. Harassment
Awesome Con is committed to fostering an atmosphere where attendees can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience, and harassment is the opposite of the community we want to create. Any conduct designed to harass, provoke, or intimidate isn't allowed and can lead to your removal from Awesome Con. If you feel harassed or see harassment, please report it to a member of our security team. Harassment of any kind is unwelcome at Awesome Con.
Scalpers
Don't try to scalp badges. Any and all scalpers we identify will have their orders canceled and badges voided.
Refund Policy
