Awesome Con 2025 will take place April 4-6, 2025 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC.

WHO NEEDS A BADGE?
All attendees ages 3 and up must have a badge to attend Awesome Con. Children ages 3-10 qualify for an Awesome Con Jr. badge which is valid for all three days of the show. We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult, and require all children 10 and under to be accompanied by an adult. Badges include access to Science Fair, Book Fair, Pride Alley, Destination Cosplay, Anime Yokocho, and Awesome Con Jr., along with all celebrity guest panels not noted otherwise.
The QR code is not an entry ticket and is not valid for entry by itself. A physical badge is required for entry to the show.
JOIN THE CLUB
Club Awesome is by far the awesomest, most immersive way to experience Awesome Con. A Club Awesome membership includes access to the exclusive Club Awesome Lounge, reserved seating at the Main Stage, exclusive swag, priority line access for autographs and photo ops, an onsite merchandise discount on official Awesome Con merch, and so much more!
PREMIUM PASS
A weekend or single day badge gets you into 99% of everything that’s awesome at Awesome Con, but if you want to get in early and access priority lines for autographs and photo ops, Premium is the badge for you! This badge also includes the 2025 lanyard and onsite merchandise discount on official Awesome Con merch.
BADGE MAILINGS
Badges purchased prior to Friday, February 7 will have the option of being picked up at Awesome Con Registration or shipped with tracking for an additional $12 fee. Badges purchased starting Saturday, February 8 must be picked up at Awesome Con Registration or at a retail location. Retailer Pickup Dates TBA. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ORDER.
BADGE POLICY
All badge sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Badges are subject to a 6% service fee and 6% DC sales tax. All processing fees are added at Checkout. Taxes and fees are a percentage of your total badge price. Upgrades are available only on an as-available basis. Separate badges may need to be purchased for certain events.

A NOTE ABOUT AUTOGRAPHS, PHOTO OPS & PANELS
Awesome Con's celebrity guests generally spend time signing autographs at their booth, attending scheduled photo op sessions, and holding panel sessions with fans.
Autographs, photo ops, and panel session attendance are not exclusive to Premium passes or Club Awesome Members. Attendees with single day and 3 Day badges also have the opportunity to take part in autographs, photo ops, and panel sessions. Autographs and photo ops will be available for sale online and (if available) in the Celebrity Autograph area in the Exhibit Hall. Most celebrity guest panel sessions are open to all attendees and generally take place on our Main Stage. Some may require a separate ticket in addition to a badge valid for the day of the panel. More information will be provided if a separate ticket is required.
Autograph sales, photo op sales, and the programming schedule will be released about 3-4 weeks before Awesome Con 2025.
A badge does not guarantee access to an autograph, photo op, panel session, or guest. No refunds will be issued if autographs or panels are at capacity or if a guest changes their schedule or cancels
MERCH
If you opted to have your 2025 Official Shirt or Lanyard shipped it will be shipped in late February or early March. Vintage merch ordered before March 21 will be shipped separately within 2-3 weeks of your purchase. All other merch (including those purchased without shipping) must be picked up on-site from the official Awesome Con merch booth during the show. Unclaimed merch will not be shipped or refunded.
REFUNDS
All badge and ticket sales are final, and Awesome Con offers no refunds or cancellations. All merch sales are final. Awesome Con does not refund or ship unclaimed merchandise.

Awesome Con may involve participation in movement-based activities and events, including but not limited to Lightsaber training, "sword" fighting, yoga, stretching, dancing, and more. By purchasing a badge you agree to our Movement Waiver and understand that there is a chance for injury. By purchasing a badge you, as the person completing the order or purchase, assume full responsibility for all participants who may participate in movement-based activities and events.
The QR code is not a valid entry product. Lost badges cannot be replaced or refunded.
Harassment
Awesome Con is committed to fostering an atmosphere where attendees can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience, and harassment is the opposite of the community we want to create. Any conduct designed to harass, provoke, or intimidate isn’t allowed and can lead to your removal from Awesome Con. If you feel harassed or see harassment, please report it to a member of our security team. Harassment of any kind is unwelcome at Awesome Con.
Scalpers
Don’t try to scalp badges. Any and all scalpers we identify will have their orders canceled and badges voided.
