Awesome Con 2021 takes place Friday, August 20-22, 2021 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C.
PREMIUM PASS
A weekend or single day ticket gets you into 99% of everything that’s awesome at Awesome Con, but if you want to get in early and score Jump the Line cards, Premium is the ticket for you! This ticket also includes a 2021 lanyard and a merchandise discount on-site!
BADGE MAILING
Badges purchased prior to June 25 will include a $5 shipping fee and will be mailed in advance. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ORDER. Badges will start mailing in July 2021. Badges purchased after the June 25 mailing deadline will have increased shipping fees for expedited delivery.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET
All attendees three-years-old and up need a ticket to Awesome Con. We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult, and all children under 13 must have an adult with them while attending Awesome Con. Tickets include access to the Science Fair and Awesome Con Jr.
TICKET POLICY
All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are subject to a 12% service fee. All Growtix processing fees are all added at Checkout. Taxes and Growtix fees are a percentage of your total ticket price. Upgrades available only on an as available basis. Separate tickets may need to be purchased for certain events.
Please note all guests are subject to cancellation or schedule changes due to professional commitments. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and social media channels during the show should any arise.

A NOTE ABOUT AUTOGRAPHS, PHOTO OPS & Q&A SESSIONS:
Awesome Con’s celebrity guests generally spend time signing autographs at their booth, attending scheduled photo op sessions, and doing Q&A sessions with fans.
Guest-specific Premium Passes provide guaranteed, pre-paid autographs and photo ops, plus admission to the con - all in one bundle - plus a few extra perks.
Autographs, photo ops, and Q&A session attendance are not exclusive to Premium passes or Club Awesome Members. Attendees with general one-day and three-day tickets also have the opportunity to take part in autographs, photo ops, and Q&A sessions. Autographs and photo ops will be available for sale online and in the Celebrity Autograph area in the exhibit hall. Celebrity guest Q&A sessions are open to all attendees, and take place in large rooms.
Autograph sales, photo op sales, and the programming schedule will be released about 3-4 weeks before Awesome Con 2021.

Badges will start mailing in July 2021 to US addresses only, with all international orders held for pick up. To pick up your badge, bring the QR code emailed to you, either printed or on your phone, and we’ll get you your badge.

Attendee expressly agrees to fully comply with all applicable COVID-19 health and safety measures, rules and protocols that govern and/or apply to attendance at the event issued from time to time by:
· any local, State or national authority (including public health authorities) which includes both (i) state and county guidelines mandates and (ii) CDC guidelines;
· the applicable venue; and
· the organizer, Clarion Events, Inc.
These measures may include, without limitation, the requirement to wear face masks at all times, maintain appropriate social distance and comply with directions of any security personnel tasked with upholding COVID-19 health and safety measures. Clarion Events, Inc., reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the event for failure to adhere to the required COVID-19 health and safety measures and protocols for attendance at the event, as notified to the Attendee from time to time.
