Anime NYC Presented by Crunchyroll is New York City's anime convention and the largest event of its kind on the east coast! A showcase of the best of Japanese pop culture in the biggest city in America, Anime NYC brings anime fans and publishers together for four days of unique exhibits, exclusive screenings, extensive panels, and appearances by some of the biggest creators in Japan. Join us for a celebration of Japanese animation, manga, and cosplay in the heart of NYC!

BADGE MAILINGS
Badges purchased with shipping will start mailing July 2025. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ORDER. International badges (including territories outside the domestic US) will not be shipped and will be held for pick up onsite.
WHO NEEDS A BADGE?
All attendees six-years-old and up need a badge for Anime NYC. We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult, and all children under 13 must have an adult with them while attending.
The QR is not an entry ticket and is not valid for entry by itself. The physical badge is required for entry to the show.
BADGE POLICY
All badge sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Badges are subject to New York's 8.875% sales tax. Upgrades are available only on an as-available basis. Separate badges may need to be purchased for certain events.
Please note all guests are subject to cancellation or schedule changes due to professional commitments and refunds will not be issued because of a change to a guest's schedule. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and social media channels during the show should any arise.
A NOTE ABOUT AUTOGRAPHS AND PANEL SESSIONS
Anime NYC's guests generally spend time signing autographs and doing Q&A sessions with fans.
A badge does not guarantee access to an autograph or panel session. No refunds will be issued if autographs or panels are at capacity.
HARASSMENT
Anime NYC is committed to fostering an atmosphere where attendees can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience, and harassment is the opposite of the community we want to create. Any conduct designed to harass, provoke, or intimidate isn't allowed and can lead to your removal from Anime NYC. If you feel harassed or see harassment, please report it to a member of our security team. Harassment of any kind is unwelcome at Anime NYC.
SCALPERS
Don't try to scalp badges. Any and all scalpers we identify will have their orders canceled and badges voided.
MERCH
Vintage merch ordered before July 28 will be shipped separately within 2-3 weeks of your purchase to domestic US addresses. Vintage merch ordered with an international mailing address or address outside the domestic US and all other merch must be picked up on-site from the official Anime NYC merch booth during the show. Unclaimed merch will not be shipped or refunded.
REFUNDS
All badge and ticket sales are final, and Anime NYC offers no refunds or cancellations. All merch sales are final. Anime NYC does not refund or ship unclaimed merchandise.

Anime NYC may involve participation in movement-based activities and events, including but not limited to "sword" fighting, yoga, stretching, dancing, and more. By purchasing a badge you agree to our Movement Waiver and understand that there is a chance for injury. By purchasing a badge you, as the person completing the order or purchase, assume full responsibility for all participants who may participate in movement-based activities and events.
The QR code is not a valid entry product. Lost badges cannot be replaced or refunded.

Health Policy
The health of our fans, exhibitors, guests, and staff is the top priority for Anime NYC, and in organizing the event, we are following building, city, state, and CDC guidelines to promote a safe experience for everyone. Even so, please understand there is a risk COVID-19 exposure by visiting any public place with other people.
These measures may include, without limitation, the requirement to wear face masks at all times, maintain appropriate social distance and comply with directions of any security personnel tasked with upholding COVID-19 health and safety measures. Clarion Events, Inc., reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the event for failure to adhere to the required COVID-19 health and safety measures and protocols for attendance at the event, as notified to the Attendee from time to time.
