TICKET MAILINGS (BEGIN NOVEMBER 2026)
Tickets purchased with shipping will start mailing November 2026. TICKETS ARE NOT MAILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ORDER. International tickets (including territories outside the domestic US) will not be shipped and will be held for pick up onsite.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
All attendees six-years-old and up need a ticket for Anime Frontier. We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult, and all children under 13 must have an adult with them while attending.
The QR code is not an entry ticket and is not valid for entry by itself. The physical ticket, in the form of a badge, is required for entry to the show.
TICKET POLICY
All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are subject to Texas' 8.25% sales tax and additional service fees. Upgrades are available only on an as-available basis. Separate tickets may need to be purchased for certain events.
Please note all guests are subject to cancellation or schedule changes due to professional commitments and refunds will not be issued because of a change to a guest’s schedule. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and social media channels during the show should any arise.
Anime Frontier may involve participation in movement-based activities and events, including but not limited to "sword" fighting, yoga, stretching, dancing, and more. By purchasing a ticket you agree to our Movement Waiver and understand that there is a chance for injury. By purchasing a ticket you, as the person completing the order or purchase, assume full responsibility for all participants who may participate in movement-based activities and events.
Anime Frontier attendees and participants grant their permission to be photographed or recorded by Anime Frontier team members, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and exhibitors. By entering you inherently grant Anime Frontier, its partners, and exhibitors permission to use such images or footage for archival or promotional purposes without compensation or acknowledgment.
A NOTE ABOUT AUTOGRAPHS AND PANEL SESSIONS
A ticket does not guarantee access to an autograph or panel session. No refunds will be issued if autographs or panels are at capacity.
HARASSMENT
Anime Frontier is committed to fostering an atmosphere where attendees can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience, and harassment is the opposite of the community we want to create. Any conduct designed to harass, provoke, or intimidate isn’t allowed and can lead to your removal from Anime Frontier. If you feel harassed or see harassment, please report it to a member of our security team. Harassment of any kind is unwelcome at Anime Frontier.
SCALPERS
Don’t try to scalp tickets. Any and all scalpers we identify will have their orders canceled and tickets voided.
MERCH
2026 Merch is not shipped and must be picked up on-site from the official Anime Frontier merch booth during the show.
Vintage merch purchased with shipping before October 21 will be shipped within 2 weeks of your order. Vintage merch purchased without shipping must be picked up on-site from the official Anime Frontier merch booth during the show.
A ticket is required to pick up unshipped merch. Unclaimed merch will not be shipped or refunded.
REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final, and Anime Frontier offers no refunds or cancellations. All merch sales are final. Anime Frontier does not refund or ship unclaimed merchandise. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances including lost or undeliverable items.
